Business owners look for an accountant when starting, growing or switching firms. They want to see your services, people and contact details. An outdated plugin or broken form can interrupt that first enquiry.
ResaHost updates your site and tests forms at agreed intervals. A contact form needs only basic contact details and a short description of the enquiry. Use a separate channel for accounting documents.
Maintenance does not wait for year-end
WordPress maintenance covers core, theme and plugin updates. Basic includes monthly updates and testing of forms, links and appearance. Pro and Premium run these checks weekly.
Your website runs on servers in Finland. Backups are taken daily in two locations. Changes to services, prices and staff profiles are agreed separately. Technical maintenance continues even when content changes rarely.
Use your own domain for email too
Record who controls your domain so the information survives staff changes. We review domain control and email routing before migration. Your domain and business email can be covered by the same agreement as your website.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC help recipients check whether messages are authorised to use your domain. They do not encrypt content or prevent every scam. Confirm payment changes using known contact details.
Accounting documents belong in a client portal
Your public website and accounting software are separate services. Standard ResaHost hosting does not include accounting software maintenance or a secure document transfer service.
The TLS certificate protects the browser connection. Before migration, we check whether forms store submissions on the website or send them by email, and confirm the recipients. Your existing client portal link can remain on the site.
Know your maintenance cost in advance
Basic is €69/month, Pro €129/month and Premium €189/month (excluding VAT). Basic may suit a small brochure site. Pro adds weekly updates and testing.
Support is available in English. Send your website address and tell us where email is hosted today. We use these details to agree migration and responsibilities.
Frequently asked questions
Can we keep our accounting software?
Yes. Changing website hosting does not require replacing accounting software. Its existing supplier remains responsible for maintenance.
Is a client document submission service included?
No. A service for transferring client documents is agreed separately. The standard contact form is for enquiries.
