Website maintenance for travel and hospitality
Your travel website stays maintained through the busy season.
Guests view your rooms, check dates and head to booking. ResaHost maintains your WordPress website so updates do not have to wait until the season ends.
Booking buttons need to lead somewhere
Guests look up directions on a phone, compare rooms and prices, or ask whether an activity suits their children. Your website needs to take them to the right place without broken links.
We test links and forms at the agreed intervals. Links to external booking services are part of the website check. The booking provider remains responsible for its calendar, payments and confirmations.
Guests notice slow-loading images
Room, landscape and activity photos are often viewed over mobile connections. Large images, plugins or hosting can slow a page down. We investigate the cause before migration.
Hosting runs on servers in Finland. Image optimisation and broader performance work are agreed separately. Tell us when traffic increases or a major campaign is planned so we can assess capacity needs.
Maintenance continues during your busiest weeks
WordPress maintenance covers core, theme and plugin updates. Basic includes monthly updates and testing of forms, links and appearance. Pro and Premium run these checks weekly.
Backups are taken daily in two locations. Website backups do not include data held in a separate booking service. Confirm those arrangements with the booking provider.
Plan migration before the season
Choose a migration window before peak season. We test booking links and forms before routing traffic to the new server. Domain and email changes follow the same plan.
You have a contact for maintenance in English. Basic has a 48-hour support response, Pro and Premium 24 hours. Discuss any need for immediate weekend assistance before contracting.
Choose a plan for how you use your website
Basic is €69/month and Pro €129/month (excluding VAT). Pro suits websites that need more frequent maintenance. Campaign pages, new images and translations are content work agreed separately.
Send your website address and explain how bookings arrive. That helps us define the maintenance scope.
