Daily backups are included in maintenance. We also monitor website security. Adding new projects, text and images is content work agreed separately.

Make domain and email responsibilities clear

Your company domain should not depend on a former employee or an old supplier. During migration, we establish who controls it and where email is routed.

Email SPF, DKIM and DMARC settings help combat forged messages using your domain. They cannot prevent every invoice scam. Confirm changes to payment details using a known phone number, even when an email looks authentic.

What about a client's NIS2 requirements?

Construction alone does not automatically place a business within NIS2 scope. A client covered by the rules may require evidence of supplier security in its contract. Requirements depend on the service, its risks and applicable national law.
