From property listing to enquiry
A buyer checks photographs and floor plans on a phone. An investor reviews the figures. If a viewing request fails, the enquiry may never reach you.
We test forms and links according to your plan. Property-feed integrations are assessed separately, with a named owner for missing updates or images.
Help residents find the right person
Residents need building contacts and owners request management proposals. Contact details and enquiry forms should also work on a phone.
We maintain the public WordPress website. Resident portals, tenancy records and maintenance systems remain separate services with their own providers. Links to existing services can stay.
Updates followed by practical checks
WordPress, theme and plugin updates are included in maintenance. Basic has monthly updates and form, link and visual checks; Pro and Premium have weekly checks.
Your website runs on a server in Finland. Daily backups are stored in two locations. Adding or removing property listings is content work, with responsibility agreed separately.
Keep business domains under business control
Domain access should remain available when a developer or employee changes. During migration we review domain control, email routing and required permissions.
Business email can sit alongside website maintenance. SPF, DKIM and DMARC help reduce some forms of domain impersonation; they do not encrypt message content. Choose a suitable channel for documents containing personal data.
Start with your existing website
Send the website address and explain the property-data source. We review integrations, agree the migration and test forms. Changing maintenance provider does not usually require a complete rebuild.
Plans start at €69 per month excluding VAT. Tell us how frequently listings and other content change so we can discuss an appropriate update and testing schedule.

Yes, where the WordPress site is suitable. We review it before migration. A resident portal remains with its own provider.
