Product information needs to be accessible
A procurement manager opens a brochure and compares specifications. A designer searches for a component. A broken download link interrupts their work, even if the product is exactly right.
ResaHost tests links and forms according to your plan. Before migration, we review languages and plugins and agree how downloadable files are checked. You remain responsible for product information. Publishing new brochures can be ordered separately.
Updates follow an agreed schedule
WordPress maintenance covers core, theme and plugin updates. Basic includes monthly updates and form and link checks. Pro and Premium include weekly maintenance.
Servers are located in Finland. Backups are taken daily in two locations. Domain management, email and the website TLS certificate can be covered by the same agreement. Support is available in English.
A customer asks for security evidence
A large customer may ask where your website is hosted and who updates it. ResaHost provides information about the maintenance service you purchase to help you answer.
Premium includes four security reports a year covering the maintained service. Obtain information about production networks, machine access and ERP from their respective owners. Website hosting does not include maintaining those systems.
Does NIS2 cover your manufacturing activity?
NIS2 includes certain manufacturing sectors, such as electrical equipment and machinery. Scope depends on actual activities, size, ownership and legal exceptions, as implemented nationally. Not every manufacturer is covered.
Assess customer contract requirements separately from direct legal duties. .

Before migration, we agree maintenance scope and incident contacts. Basic has a 48-hour support response, Pro and Premium 24 hours. Response time is not resolution time. Discuss any on-call needs separately.

Are product catalogue updates included?
Adding product information, images and brochures is content work agreed separately. The plan covers technical website maintenance.
