An enquiry can start on a phone at the depot

A customer needs a shipment moved. They check your coverage and request a quote on their phone. A failed form can remain unnoticed by your team.

We regularly test forms and links. Before migration, tell us where quotes should go and whether a separate ordering service is connected. We agree the responsibilities together.

Website updates are part of the agreement

We handle WordPress, theme and plugin updates. Basic includes monthly updates and form/link checks; Pro and Premium include weekly checks.

Servers are in Finland, with daily backups in two locations and a TLS certificate. Fleet photographs and service-area changes are content work agreed separately.

Domain and email with one team

Quotes should not reach a former employee's inbox. During migration we review domain control, mail settings and form recipients.

You can combine email and website maintenance in one agreement, with an English-speaking contact. Separate ordering, shipment-tracking and transport-management systems retain their own provider responsibilities.

NIS2 scope differs across transport activities

NIS2 identifies particular transport activities rather than every transport business. Assess the exact service, organisational size and applicable national implementation instead of assuming all road carriers are covered.

Your activities and the relevant scope rules need assessment. A client may also set security requirements by contract. .

Agree who receives incident information

If a client requests security information, we can describe website maintenance and backups. Agree any promised incident-notification timeframe before signing.

Basic has a 48-hour first-response commitment; Pro and Premium have 24 hours. These are response targets, not round-the-clock human cover. Send your website address so we can assess the appropriate plan.
