If a form breaks after an update, a lost enquiry can be hard to spot. Your maintenance agreement specifies who updates the site and how often forms are tested.

## Updates and form testing are part of maintenance

ResaHost's [WordPress maintenance](https://resahost.net/en/services/wordpress-maintenance/) covers core, theme and plugin updates. Basic includes monthly updates and form testing. Pro and Premium include weekly updates and checks.

## Make domain and email responsibilities clear

Your company domain should not depend on a former employee or an old supplier. During migration, we establish who controls it and where email is routed.

[Email](https://resahost.net/en/services/business-email/) SPF, DKIM and DMARC settings help combat forged messages using your domain. They cannot prevent every invoice scam. Confirm changes to payment details using a known phone number, even when an email looks authentic.

## What about a client's NIS2 requirements?

Construction alone does not automatically place a business within NIS2 scope. A client covered by the rules may require evidence of supplier security in its contract. Requirements depend on the service, its risks and applicable national law.

## Do you add new projects to the website?

Content changes are agreed separately. The hosting plan includes technical maintenance, updates, backups and agreed testing.

## Does the website need rebuilding?

Usually not. We review the existing WordPress website and assess what migration requires.

## Can ResaHost build a new website?

We also build websites and make larger changes under a separate agreement. Maintenance is available for an existing website too.
